What to include in a correction email

A useful correction email includes the page URL, the disputed claim, the date you saw it, and the official or primary source that supports the correction. If the issue is a price, plan name, model name, app-store listing, or X setting, include the exact source page you checked.

What not to send

Please do not send private account credentials, billing details, medical information, legal documents, customer data, or private screenshots that include personal identifiers. If a private screenshot is necessary to explain an issue, redact names, addresses, account numbers, and payment details first.
